June is Pride Month. This year, like every year, we're celebrating Minnesota's vibrant LGBTQ+ communities. But we're also fighting back against conservative attacks on the rights that LGBTQ+ Minnesotans and allies have fought so hard for.
In the Minnesota Senate, Scott Jensen turned his back on LGBTQ+ youth in Minnesota by voting against a ban on conversion therapy. Now, he's running for Governor of Minnesota using anti-trans rhetoric on the campaign trail. Jensen's running mate, Matt Birk, supported a constitutional amendment to ban marriage equality in Minnesota.
That's unacceptable. Here in Minnesota, we stand with our LGBTQ+ friends, family, and community members. Sign our petition to send a message to Scott Jensen and Matt Birk that we won't put up with their regressive agenda.
